Sr Executive -Sales

Responsibilities of position

1.     Sales support (70%)

·         Maintaining Inventory control sheet after checking with customer/warehouse/in-transit material

·         Issue Purchase & Sales Contract on SAP

·         Shipment tracking, follow up for daily dispatches to customer/warehouse/ steel service center.

·         Payment /balance confirmation follow ups with customer

·         Preparing various applications such as credit limit application/overage application etc.

·         Preparing/updating Sales report/forecast report

·         Making LC application for letter of credit (LC) opening & checking LC details upon receipt

·         Follow up with Japan team for new orders placed to Japanese mills/import related business.

·         Maintain order & dispatch record sheet

2.     Sales (for ongoing established customers) (30%)

·         Follow up for new orders/dispatch/making quotation to customer

·         Payment to steel mills for new dispatches

·         Follow-up with steel processing centres for on-time processing of material as per Customer’s schedule/requirement

·         Quality issues (rejection etc) related follow ups with customer/steel mills.

·         Visit to customer/processing center as and when required
