Supply Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Lead Finance partner for manufacturing operations:

·         Finance contact between Company and Co-man site and ensure strong collaboration and relationship management.

·         Cost sheet standardization and tracking to capture Raw and Packaging Material Cost to arrive at PO price.

·         Spending Analysis for raw and packaging material cost and identify high level opportunity

·         End to end reconciliation and closure of any issues (material cost interest etc.) and final sign-off with Coman

·         Monitor the Coman Inventory, procurement process and Product costing

·         Track the Coman KPIs and highlight improvement areas

·         Manage commercial negotiations and reconciliations

2. Lead Finance partner for Distribution operations:

·         Finance Lead in managing the 3PL operations costs and KPIs

·         Inventory Management in the Network – validation all exception movements and recons

·         Participating in the Commercial negotiation and monthly cost tracking

3. Sourcing and Commercial Negotiations

·         Support the business with analytics and cost benchmarking to find opportunities to drive cost improvements though negotiations, alternate supplier / material developments, planned procurement of key raw materials:

·          Material categorization for RM/PM

·          Spending and Impact Analysis by category

·          Yearly cost projections for Class A items

·         Finance Lead on all major vendor negotiations with co-man site or 3PL service provider

4. Supply Chain Budget, Budget control & Monthly cost MIS

·         Support the Supply Organization in the Annual planning and Budget exercise

·         Monthly provisions and cost reporting against Budget

5. IT System development

·         Implementation of Standard Costing

·         Implementation of Batch Management

6. Support the Business in various New product Initiative evaluation

7. Responsible for the evaluation of any major CAPEX investment
