1. Financial Outcomes
- Cost of poor quality & wastage reduction: Tracking Cost of poor quality, reporting, executing the initiatives to reduce the same.
2. Customer Service
- Take part in the RCA process, executing the corrective actions and ensure the effectiveness is monitored.
3. Internal Processes
- Daily reporting of Quality KPI.
- Responsible for ensuring food safety systems are in place.
- Responsible for GMP and GHP in the unit.
- Responsible for ensuring the 3P is maintaining the quality and foods safety standards as per company’s requirement.
- Responsible for internal quality audits and coordinating with other stakeholders for the closure of the same.
- Ensuring and conducting internal quality audits and closure of action points derived.
- Ensures compliances during External Audit Management system.
- Responsible for co-coordinating with customer departments like procurement, production and Third party for cross functional activities.
- Responsible for SAP related activities in process quality function.
- Should have good knowledge and responsible for preparing functional and system SOP.
4. Innovation and Learning
- Conducting training to the shop floor team on the process, GMP and Food safety.
- Responsible to develop and sustain Food Safety culture.
- Problem solving and taking initiatives / Kaizens to solve the problem and motivating team for the same.
