Key Deliverables

1.       Financial Outcomes

  • Resourcing: Manage the Talent Council Forum to continue rigor on building talent pipeline from within the organization and enabling more internal mobility. Work with the Campus team to manage and enhance Cadre building programs, strengthening mid management layer of Integrated Finance

2.       Customer Service

  • Workforce Engagement & Diversity: Design/deliver organizational change/restructures as per the need of the business. Support in driving initiatives and interventions towards employee engagement

3.       Internal Processes

  • People Process: Support in collaborating with COE teams to effectively drive people processes such as hiring, onboarding & induction, performance management, reward and recognition, organization design, succession planning, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion agenda and compliances.

4.       Innovation and Learning

  • Capability Development- Build a robust competency framework that would enable us to build Future Fit Finance Function. Align learning interventions to the competency framework. Design and deliver the learning programs effectively. Create impact oriented and pull bases learning culture in the function.
