- Lead the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year review and annual review.
- Track and maintain data for key talent classification and promotions.
- Lead various organization development initiatives to positively impact business outcomes.
- Manage employees Benefits – Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and revamp process.
- Create SOP Manual for benefits, R&R and other processes being handled by role incumbent.
- Drive Rewards & Recognitions program quarterly and annually for store as well as support center empoyees.
- Drive processing of CUP Fund requests including due diligence of applications and coordinating with all stakeholders.
- Implementation of Employee wellness calendar adherence as per plan in close coordination with the vendor.
- Drive Open Forums on quarterly basis & drive scheduling of skip level interactions with CEO
- Lead LinkedIn learning adoption for employees & develop learning pathways for key talent IDP (Individual Development Plan).
- Creation & updation of organization structure regularly.
- Manage programs for key talent -.
- Plan and drive social impact initiatives in close coordination with HRBP .
- Develop professional relationships with nonprofit partners and leverage existing nonprofit partners
- Executive social impact initiatives driven by the Company.
- Completion of other special projects as assigned from time to time.
