  • Lead the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-year review and annual review.
  • Track and maintain data for key talent classification and promotions.
  • Lead various organization development initiatives to positively impact business outcomes.
  • Manage employees Benefits – Analyze existing processes, identify gaps and revamp process.
  • Create SOP Manual for benefits, R&R and other processes being handled by role incumbent.
  • Drive Rewards & Recognitions program quarterly and annually for store as well as support center empoyees.
  • Drive processing of CUP Fund requests including due diligence of applications and coordinating with all stakeholders.
  • Implementation of Employee wellness calendar adherence as per plan in close coordination with the vendor.
  • Drive Open Forums on quarterly basis & drive scheduling of skip level interactions with CEO
  • Lead LinkedIn learning adoption for employees & develop learning pathways for key talent IDP (Individual Development Plan).
  • Creation & updation of organization structure regularly.
  • Manage programs  for key talent -.
  • Plan and drive social impact initiatives in close coordination with HRBP .
  • Develop professional relationships with nonprofit partners and leverage existing nonprofit partners
  • Executive social impact initiatives driven by the Company.
  • Completion of other special projects as assigned from time to time.
