Key Responsibilities

  • Develop targeted pipelines in specific geographic areas to align with future expansion plans.
  • Franchise management
  • Ensure timely launch of stores by ensuring handovers align with the predetermined expectations.
  • Coordinate with the projects, franchisees, landlords, and brand teams. Responsible for renewals and transfer of the franchise.
  • Market mapping, generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales. Budget management and financial planning.
  • Building necessary ROI, and LOI for project evaluation. Commercial problem resolution.
  • Handle channel partners and maintain a proper database of them.
